By accessing or using Sales Coach AI ("Service") operated by Aivora Intelligence ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Sales Coach AI is an AI-powered sales enablement platform that allows sales teams to upload company documents and receive instant AI-generated answers to sales questions. The Service is available on a subscription basis.
We offer the following subscription plans: Pro ($89/month) and Premium ($229/month), both with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact us at support@salescoach.ae for a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period.
You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload to the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your data is stored securely and used only to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content, to attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or to resell access without written permission from the Company.
The Service is provided "as is." The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the account settings.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
